With great thanks and appreciation, we are happy to announce the completion of an important giving-grant that helped enhance the work of the Hopivewat Learning Center. The Colorado Plateau Foundation is a a Native-led foundation that supports the cultures, lands, and waters of the Colorado Plateau, the landscape that we call home. The goals of HLC’s project were:

• Establish Hopivewat’s capacity as a standalone organization

• Finalize landsite approval through the Hopi Tribe

• Build our fundraising capacity

• Begin the concept development phase for building our facility.
